Pricing

The Inn on Maple is open daily May through October and January/February weekends for your convenience and vacation flexibility. We offer six comfortable rooms, each with small private bath and located on the second floor.

Room rates are $85.00 to $120.00 per night double occupancy. Room rates do not include 5½% sales tax. (Ask about our "Quiet Season" rates.) Complimentary full breakfast is served to our guests on our sunny enclosed front porch or in our "Gathering Room" at 8:30AM promptly each morning.

Please make arrangements for arrivals after 6:00 p.m.,
so that we can adjust our schedule to yours.

Reservations

We ask a two night minimum stay on weekends. Holiday weekends and some fall weekends require a three night minimum. A one night's deposit plus tax is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits must be received within seven days after reservations are made. Balance is to be paid at check-in.

For your convenience we accept VISA and MasterCard, but we prefer cash, personal checks or travelers checks.

Refunds

A refund will be made on cancellations received fourteen days prior to the reservation date. If a last minute cancellation is necessary and your room is re-rented, your deposit will be returned to you. One night stays are sometimes available.
